In Australia, you should have your garment within 1- 2 weeks.  We use AusPost Business for carbon neutral delivery.

Internationally, garments are expected to take approx. 2-4 weeks as we at HENRY’s make every effort to ship without delay.

The actual delivery timeframe is of course determined by your location and is outside of our control, you can track your shipment online when your garment has been dispatched when you receive a tracking number, this will give you a more accurate estimate of timeframe for delivery.

Contact our Customer Service Team on customerservice@henryscouture.com or Call us at +61 484 934 829 to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your garment. The Customer Service Team will provide you with the support you need to return the garment for either an exchange or a full refund to the original payment source.

If a garment is sold-out (highlighted in red on the size box), you may request a pre-order and our Customer Service Team will check whether the garment will be available again and notify you if/when your pre-order request could be fulfilled.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as our Melbourne headquarters are not open to the public as yet. Apologies, pickup is not possible all orders are shipped.

Polyester has improved since inception, now becoming the preferred performance fabric for high end and specialty apparel. Polyester has evolved into the most sustainable and versatile fabric and fiber in the world as rated by the HIGG index.

Although Polyester isn’t natural like cotton or wool, it offers many advantages over these materials. Lightweight and durable. Polyester fibers are light yet incredibly strong, meaning they don’t tear, stretch, or pill easily like cotton and other natural fibers do.  It is moisture-resistant and wrinkle resistant, retaining its shape better. It is highly stain-resistant too which makes it easy to clean, drying quickly which making makes it ideal for outerwear. No animals or plants are harmed in the manufacturing of Polyester.

Viscose is a soft, versatile, and absorbent fabric, which is known for its silk-like texture. It resembles silk in appearance and is ideal for those looking for style and luxurious feeling clothing without breaking the bank. It is breathable, just like cotton, making you feel comfortable, easy, and relaxed when you wear it.

Viscose fabric dyes well producing beautiful shades, holding colour after prolonged wash and use without fading or looking dull. When subjected to mild heat, the fibre does not shrink and an added benefit is it’s also moisture-wicking.

Our Melbourne Headquarters run on sustainable solar energy + battery, where all our garments are stored, prepared and pressed using renewable energy. HENRY uses MyPost Business (with AusPost) for carbon neutral delivery. We chose Polyester because the HIGG index rated it the most sustainable fabric in the world. We use minimalist packaging with recycled plastic and recycled paper used for all our garment packaging and shipping
