Exchange And Returns
At HENRY Couture, your satisfaction is paramount to us. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience. We stand by the quality of our couture pieces and adhere to the consumer guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law. For full-priced items, should they not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Items not adhering to our returns criteria will be sent back to the purchaser.
Change of Mind
We urge you to choose carefully when purchasing items on sale, markdown, or those bought with promotional discounts, as we do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect size choices for these transactions.
Defective Products
Our commitment to quality means that all garments go through rigorous quality checks. However, if a defect slips through, we will repair, replace, or refund any faulty product. A ‘reasonable timeframe’ for repair or replacement generally means within 30 days, but this may vary based on the nature of the product. A major fault is one that would have prevented the purchase had it been known or one that is unsafe and cannot be quickly remedied.
Return Your Purchase
If you wish to return a purchase, please inform us by email at customerservice@henryscouture.com within 7 days of receipt. Follow the provided instructions for return shipping to our specified address. We recommend a traceable shipping service; we cannot be held accountable for lost returns.
Request A Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. International clients should reach out to their local customs office to inquire about reclaiming duties and taxes.
Product Warranty
While certain delicate materials cannot be warranted, we cover defects in buttons, hardware, or stitching for six months post-purchase. However, we cannot warranty natural wear and tear from regular use, such as fabric pulls or damage from external factors.
Payments
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding a shipping and handling fee of $25 AUD within Australia and $25 USD for international orders.
